  • How positive emotions improve our mood and how we can maximise them.
  • The physiology and psychology of stress.
  • An explanation of the difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ stress and how to manage both.
  • An introduction to self-hypnosis for increasing relaxation, managing stress and  increasing self-motivation to achieve goals.
  • Simple mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
  • A simple NLP anchoring technique to positively change your state.
